Payment Centers

We make paying your monthly utility bill hassle-free. Pay in person at the locations listed below, mail your payment, or sign up for automatic draft.

The following locations will accept cash, check, or money order payments:

• All Chittenden Bank locations
• Shaw's: Chittenden Bank branches located in the Colchester supermarkets
• Hannaford Supermarkets
• Bank North branches located in Richmond and Winooski

If you are mailing a check, please follow the instructions below. Please note that we do not accept payments at our Green Mountain Power administrative offices.

When mailing payments:

1. Write the amount you have paid in the appropriate box on the stub
2. Write your account number on your check
3. Enclose the stub and check in the envelope. Make sure our address shows through
    the window. If you are using a standard envelope, address it to:

If you pay at a payment agency shortly before your service is scheduled to be disconnected, notify us by calling toll-free 1 (888) 835-4672. You can contact us at this number 24/7 to report payments made and ensure that your electricity is not disconnected.
